Shannon Cuthrell’s ‘The Great Repression’ Has Arrived

photoLook what arrived. It’s Shannon Cuthrell‘s book of poetry, The Great Repression. It goes on sale one week from today, May 12, with a percentage of sales going to the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Shannon’s book blew our minds when we first read it. She writes beautifully of her time struggling with mental health, when her mind was filled with boys with espresso eyes, demons at cocktail parties, Pink Floyd lyrics, and so much more. And we flipped out at the illustrations that accompanied the poems, which were done by her brother Bradford. We can’t wait for people to see it.
