Adam Levy Moderates Mental Health Panel at the U of M

Adam Levy moderated a forum on mental-health issues to a sold-out crowd at the University of Minnesota. He spoke about the stages of his grief after the 2012 suicide of his son Daniel and performed songs from his upcoming record Naubinway. He was joined by Johnny Solomon and Molly Moore of Communist Daughter, who spoke about their struggles with bipolar disorder and mental health; Charles Bothwell of Astronautalis, who spoke about anxiety; and Claire Montesseri of Manchita, who discussed how she manages OCD and Tourette’s Syndrome. It was a beautiful night with many stories, many songs, many tears, and a whole lot of healing. Look for more of these Adam Levy-led forums in the future.
